CemTek to provide all technical solutions for DDB issues. This will include servers, desktops, PC/Apple platform, software issues, backups and other IT issues that may arise. All IT problems will be handled through the Cemtek’s escalation process.
Cemtek are responsible for managing the project schedule; and for overall project success. All migration of data performed by Cemtek, include email, calendar, contacts from DDB's on-premise environment to Office 365.
CemTek to also consult and advise on all IT management issues, from a technical point of view. This includes advises and implementation on upgrading and maintaining the network infrastructure going forward and advice on the technical solutions required to solve specific operating difficulties, such as software solutions for particular roles in DDB.
Further to this, Cemtek will be responsible for purchasing assistance. DDB regularly require quotes and help purchasing. Cemtek to recommend suppliers & provide these quotes according to the DDB procedures.
