Windows
NT® and Windows® 2000 Utilities
Windows
NT/2000 utilities that monitor disk space and services.
FreeSpace
Determine with ease exactly how much free space exists on
a drive or network share. This Windows NT command-line tool
allows you to store output in tabular form for inclusion in
a batch file. In this way you can easily gather information
on a number of drives or network shares.
ServiceList
Keep track of all services on a server with this simple and
flexible Windows NT command-line tool. More powerful than
the utility provided with the Windows NT Resource Kit, ServiceList
allows you to store documentation on the current state of
all of your Windows NT services in a tab-delimited table.
HPDisplay
Change the default "Ready" display on your HP LaserJet
printer to display your company name, the printer's name or
the print queue with this utility.
SendMail
Send an email message from a batch file with this utility.
GetHTTP
Query HTTP pages from a command line, and return resulting
latency in a format suitable for MRTG (Multi-Router Traffic
Grapher).
GetSysDescr
Query SNMP System Description from network devices. Output
can be onscreen or in logfile format for helping to document
your network devices and OS versions.
GetARP
Query ARP cache information from network devices. Output can
be onscreen or in logfile format for helping to document your
network devices.

switches. All three of these products are licensed freeware
applications and may be distributed in unmodified form.

configuration in a snap with this utility. If you automate
this with the Windows NT/2000 scheduler, you can make sure
your router configurations are saved to NVRAM on a regular
basis.

TFTP server. If you automate this with the Windows NT/2000
scheduler, you can get regular backups of your router configuration.

configuration to a TFTP server. If you automate this with
the Windows NT/2000 scheduler, you can get regular backups
of your switch configuration.

These utilities were created to help network managers manage
Alteon configuration files. All three of these utilities are
licensed as freeware and can be distributed in unmodified
form.

switch to apply pending configuration changes.
AlteonSave
