Ipswitch, Inc. and CemTek Computer Solutions today announced that CemTek is appointed as Chinese distributor for Ipswitch's leading range of Internet and intranet software and network monitoring tools. The appointment is the latest in a series of distributor agreements as part of Ipswitch's strategy to expand its international operations in markets outside of Europe.

Ipswitch develops and markets a portfolio of focused Internet and intranet software to enable the efficient exchange of information within small-to-medium-size intranets and throughout the Internet. Ipswitch's products include the world's most popular file transfer client, WS_FTP Pro, which has sold over ten million copies and has a large following of loyal users.
